Job Description

Our client is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team!

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule : Monday -Friday - 7:00 am -3:30 pm
Location: Ontario

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Responsible for verification of all inbound and outbound freight, both domestic and foreign.
Direct communication with sales/purchasing department regarding inbound/outbound orders.
Maintenance and cleanliness of parts area.
Some light janitorial duties.
The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.
Must be willing to assume other duties as assigned by management team.

The successful candidate must:

Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Have the ability to operate a forklift.
Meet medium level physical exertion requirements, including lifting 50 Lbs
Possess basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
Have the ability to follow oral and/or written instruction.
Work well as part of a team.
Be willing and able to work while standing for most of the shift.
Perform duties as assigned on a daily basis following all safety and policy guidelines.
Be coachable and willing to learn.
Have no lifting restrictions or fear of heights.
