DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS PROJECT MANAGEMENT JOB

You start your day reviewing appointments and prepping insights, then arrive on time with a smile, listen to the homeowner's goals, and walk the property to understand how the home's construction affects system choices; you run heat load calculations, gather meticulous measurements, and present clear options that lift comfort and air quality; you capture thorough CRM notes, follow up on open leads, and after installation you return to complete a post‑installation review to confirm quality; along the way, all paperwork-tickets, work orders, invoices, time cards-is accurate and prompt, and you aim to meet or exceed sales goals while following company policies and management direction.
