Appointment Setter

Position Overview:

* Inbound and outbound calling
* Scheduling appointments for our sales representatives
* Managing calendars and routing appointments efficiently
* Identifying and optimizing travel time between appointments
* Following up with homeowners regarding roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and doors
* Confirming appointments and handling reschedules
* Entering accurate notes and customer information into our CRM
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional phone presence
* Following structured call scripts and processes
* Working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
* Maintaining follow-up schedules and appointment confirmation processes
* Assisting with lead management and customer communication

Requirements:

* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners
* Previous appointment setting, customer service, virtual assistant, or call center experience
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Quiet and professional work environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to schedule appointments strategically based on geography and rep availability
* Comfortable learning and using CRM systems
* Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy

Availability:

* Must be available between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time
* 8-hour shifts
* May require availability 7 days per week based on scheduling needs
* Consistent attendance is mandatory
