Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Our client, a leading organization in property management and facilities services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be an essential part of the maintenance operations supporting the facilities team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Location: Madison, WI
What's the Job?
- Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities
- Assist with repairs and maintenance efforts, including inspections of property interior and exterior areas
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, lighting maintenance, and general interior upkeep
- Participate in special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, safe work environment
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in general building repair and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., work with ladders up to 30 ft, and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and kneeling
