EchocardiographerWe are looking for a skilled Echocardiographer to work in concert with Cardiologists to obtain high quality images and provide exceptional patient care. You will perform echocardiography studies and stress ECHOs as well as recognize, calculate, interpret, and analyze the hemodynamic data.Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday - FridayLocation: Heart and Vascular Institute MonroeCome join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service, in every dimension, every time.What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Certification Program in lieu of Associate Degree accepted. Graduate from a formal Cardiovascular Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, preferred.Experience: Two years of echocardiography experience, preferred.Licensure/Certification: Registered Cardiac Sonographer, credentials RDCS or RCS (New Graduate will have 6 months to pass registry), required.Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s)' age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient(s)' requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs.
