About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified IMC RN in Dallas, Texas, 75201!

• Provide direct patient care on a 16-bed Progressive Care Unit with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and patient care technicians across night shift
• Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care
• Perform typical PCU-level procedures and interventions appropriate to patient acuity
• Float to other PCU units and telemetry floors as needed per unit guidelines

• Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of PCU or Step-Down nursing experience
• Willingness and ability to float to other PCU and telemetry units as assigned

• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Prior travel nursing experience in a PCU or Step-Down setting
• Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care
