Cost Controls Analyst

Overview This Opportunity The Cost Controls Analyst supports the Project Controls team. This role can be based in Denver, CO; Houston, TX; or Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities Identify work scope, technical sequencing, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Communicate with various project teams and internal work groups. Prepare cost performance and cash flow projections utilizing budget. Manage changes and keep teams aware of changes to the budget. Update individual tasks and Project Performance Indicators as indicated on progress updates. Review and report on project accruals and expenditures. Assist with project closeout. Qualifications BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management. Advanced MS Excel skills. 3–5 years of professional experience. Experience supporting a high volume of projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and good communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
