Residential Manager - Mental Health

Graduate Level Behavioral ProfessionalA competent graduate level (behavioral) professional who delivers care to SMI clients.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Meeting the direct service (face to face contact) expectation as determined by the annual goals.Utilizing assessment and treatment skills, providing comprehensive case management, collaborating with collateral care providers, advocating, delivering psycho educational groups, providing individual supportive counseling (and family intervention as indicated), providing crisis assessment and intervention, providing discharge planning, medication monitoring education and supervision.Overseeing site scheduling as necessary and monitoring client.Acting as a team leader and providing clinical supervision to Counselors and Senior Counselors.Performing other duties deemed appropriate by the supervisor.Education, knowledge, skill and ability requirements include:A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline.Previous supervisory experience required.Valid driver's license in the state of residence.Must be at least 21 years old.Must be able to complete a physical, drug screen, and background check.Salary: $61,350.46 per year.EEO Statement: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
