Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP - CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Active state license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience working with K-12 school-aged children preferred
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, both individually and in small groups
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in alignment with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with student evaluations as required
