Today's AGM is tomorrow's GM Responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant including completing opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures, thorough communication and occasional problem-solving/troubleshooting Learn and perform all essential GM duties, ensuring completion during the GM's absence or at the GM's request Train, supervise, coach and motivate a team of dedicated employees Assist the GM in recruiting and disciplinary processes Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies Full cash‑handling responsibilities Requirements High school degree or equivalent Minimum one year of prior experience in restaurant management Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong delegation & coaching skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make quick decisions Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts Shift Manager - Five Guys Burgers and Fries Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for the food and beverage industry?
