Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a contract management initiative with a client in the midstream oil/gas space in Houston TX. This is an 8 month contract, 4 days per week on-site in Houston (Mon-Thu). This individual will lead the continued evolution of an enterprise Contract Hub platform, a SharePoint-based solution originally implemented to improve visibility and management of contract expirations and reduce business risk associated with missed commercial and land contract obligations. The PM will oversee enhancements to the core platform, drive stakeholder alignment, and support the expansion of AI-enabled capabilities designed to improve contract searchability, summarization, and metadata extraction.
This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage vendors, influence stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Commercial, and Executive teams, and drive adoption of a solution that has experienced challenges with usability and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Contract Hub enhancements and AI-enabled contract management initiatives
- Manage vendors, project scope, timelines, risks, and governance
Drive alignment across Legal, Operations, Commercial, and Executive stakeholders
- Improve user adoption through stakeholder engagement and change management
- Support expansion of the platform to additional contract types and business areas

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading IS projects
- Strong experience on contract/document management projects
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation experience and attention to detail


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP
- Sharepoint project experience
- AI project experience
