Sales Customer Service Representative

Creating sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team, the full-time Sales Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding the reverse mortgage program, making over 100 dials per day and meeting production metrics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to generate interest in the reverse mortgage program Qualify customers based on program guidelines and transfer qualified leads to the sales team Update the Sales CRM with transaction notes and create follow-up appointments Required qualifications Basic computer skills, including MS Office and soft phone usage Customer service experience with a basic understanding of reverse mortgage products Knowledge of the mortgage industry Bilingual skills are a plus Organized and performance-driven with excellent communication skills
