Mammography Technologist

JOB SUMMARY The Mammography Technologist is registered through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and is responsible for correctly utilizing mammography, Stereotactic, bone density equipment and the PenRad system. This position ensures compliance to all Regulatory Requirements for MQSA, ACR and TJC. This position performs daily, monthly and annual quality control and maintains continual readiness for regulatory surveys. JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS *Up to $15,000 Sign on bonus* Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p Education: Associates degree in radiology technology- required Certification & Licensures: Certified in mammography by the American College of Radiology or must obtain Mammography certification within one (1) year of hire date- required BLS Certification- required Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a radiologic technologist- preferred Proficient in positioning patients for radiograph, mammography, and bone densitometry *Sign on bonus subject to eligibility ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Why Work at Saint Francis?
