This position entails providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will use your energetic demeanor to sell the visit, persuading potential customers to engage with our automotive services. Through effective communication skills, you will build strong relationships with customers, promote our products and services, and establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments. Additionally, the Retail Salesperson conducts transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to thrive in a fast-paced automotive retail environment while contributing to the growth and success of our business.Pay Range: $15.20 - $22.71\_\_\_**Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices.
