This is a remote position.
If you love cruises and enjoy helping others plan dream vacations, this opportunity allows you to specialize in one of the most exciting areas of the travel industry.
As a Cruise Specialist , you’ll assist clients with selecting and booking cruise vacations, onboard experiences, excursions, and travel packages.
- Recommend cruise lines and itineraries
- Book cabins, transportation, and excursions
- Provide clients with cruise documentation and itineraries
- Assist with changes, upgrades, and travel support
- Stay informed on cruise promotions and destinations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Interest in cruise travel and hospitality
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to learn booking platforms and systems
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Client centered experience
- Familiar with sales cycle and selling process
- Experience with front-line sales or knowledge thereof
