Position Details Title: Dance – Adjunct Faculty Classification: Adjunct Faculty (FN) Department: Dance Benefits Eligibility: Available to eligible employees. Responsibilities Prepare and execute all work for assigned class including syllabi preparation, instruction delivery, and student assessment. Maintain regular, published office hours for students. Qualifications Minimum qualifications include: Master's degree in the field; terminal degree (PhD, DMA, MFA) preferred. If hired, candidates will need to provide official transcripts for their highest degree. Physical Demands This position requires remaining in a sitting or standing position for frequent periods of time; uses office machinery such as computers, printers, copy machines; occasionally involves lifting over 10 pounds; frequently will move between different offices/workspaces/buildings; and requires effective communication abilities with students.
