Support the management and administration of complex and challenging construction projects.

Provide technical advice and training to the team in matters of construction management, quality assurance, testing of critical systems, and safety.

Review and enforce management of the contractor's quality control program to assure adherence to contract requirements.

Ensure administration of the Construction Quality Management program on all projects and provide construction contract technical support to the on-site management team.

Participate in Partnering sessions, depending on the nature and scope of the construction contract.

Using initiative, resourcefulness, and sound judgment, provide advice, solutions, and assist the construction engineers or engineering technicians on technical matters requiring extensive knowledge of engineering practices and construction methods.
