Field Sales Representative

EleFence | Austin, TX

Base Salary: $36,000–$40,000 + Commission

Schedule: Hybrid / Field-Based

EleFence is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Representative to help grow our presence throughout the Austin market.

No sales experience? No problem. We can teach the sales process. What we can't teach is drive, work ethic, confidence, and the willingness to get out there and make things happen.

We're looking for someone who embodies a Hungry. Hustle. Humble. mentality and wants an opportunity where their effort directly impacts what they earn.

This is an almost entirely customer-facing, field-based position . You'll spend your time talking with homeowners, following up with leads, generating new opportunities, and ultimately closing business.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Meeting with prospective customers throughout the Austin area
  

• Following up with company-generated leads
  

• Door-to-door prospecting and neighborhood outreach
  

• Cold calling and following up with potential customers
  

• Building relationships and generating referrals
  

• Supporting local marketing and limited business development efforts
  

• Managing your opportunities from initial conversation through close
  

• Attending approximately two in-office team meetings each week
  

The remainder of your time will primarily be spent out in the field, not sitting behind a desk.

You won't be expected to build a pipeline completely on your own.

EleFence provides strong marketing and lead-generation support to help create opportunities for the sales team. You'll have a team behind you generating awareness and leads while you focus on building relationships, creating additional opportunities, and closing business.

We'll provide the tools and training. You bring the hustle.

Base Salary: $36,000–$40,000 annually

In addition to your base salary, you'll earn $1,000 in commission for every $2,500 sold.

Monthly sales expectations are approximately $40,000–$50,000+ , which has historically been a very achievable target.

For someone who is motivated and willing to put in the work, there is significant earning potential beyond the base salary.

Experience is not required.

Sales, door-to-door, customer service, hospitality, home services, marketing, or other customer-facing experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person.
