Department Manager - Service & Styling

The Service and Styling Manager directs the service, selling, and styling to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment. Leads by example in providing extraordinary service where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued. Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, upsell, and clientele. Provides the tools needed for associates to deliver an elevated shopping experience through cultivating connections, creating an individualized service and styling experience. Supports the Store Manager in curating events and experiences that are reflective of the interests of the local customer and surrounding community to drive brand engagement. Oversees the training, development, and accountability of the CEM program, creating a culture that prioritizes service and sales. Requirements 2+ years of retail leadership experience. Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results. Proven record of developing great talent. Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
