Manufacturing Test Engineer, Optimus

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with experts in mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and manufacturing engineering to bring this ambitious vision to life. What You'll Do Develop end to end test strategies and drive continuously improvement of Tesla bot manufacturing test coverage and yield for bot subassembly through full bot assembly lines Root cause testing failures. Develop comprehensive control plan for risk mitigation Work with design, test software and firmware engineers to implement test coverage to catch build issues Work with SQE, SIE and suppliers to drive electronics component test coverage and incoming quality control Analyze manufacturing test data to quantify station yields, root cause failures and drive corrective actions.
