Travel Occupational Therapist

Job Summary – Outpatient Pediatrics We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will meet several pediatric patients in a day, discuss their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and craft customized, comprehensive therapy plans. You will also work closely with other doctors or health‑team members to arrange follow-up care, help educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a positive, affirming presence in their lives. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple cases at a time. Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy services for a pediatric population Work with family and caregivers to help children reach potential and incorporate strategies in daily routines Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(s), as necessary Complete documentation to support the delivery of Occupational Therapy services Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record Adhere to ethical and legal standards Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge Qualifications Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients Benefits Full benefits including health insurance, 401K with 4% matching, sick days/PTO, tax‑free stipends, weekly pay, free mentorship, licensure reimbursement, and liability insurance.
