Now, we're growing our marketing team and looking for a driven Marketing & Social Media specialist to help us tell our story. Our platform and practice thrive on leadership, autonomy, and operating remotely. Role Description: The Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness. The Specialist will manage social media calendars, develop campaign concepts, monitor performance metrics, and optimize content based on data insights. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams, writing,designing visual assets: posters, graphics, short-form content, for social content, Respond to audience engagement and align content with broader digital marketing initiatives. The role also involves staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing within digital healthcare. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand channels and campaigns. Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies, including audience targeting and performance tracking. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, engaging content. Experience with social media analytics tools, content planning, and basic design or multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or a mission-driven digital product environment is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
