In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops, capturing and documenting user needs for ERP implementation projects Participate in discussions between stakeholders and the design team, to understand technical solutions Develop and refine codes to customize and integrate ERP packages, by following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements Perform data migration activities by mapping data fields and executing data cleansing under prescribed guidance, for uninterrupted integration Conduct and document compliance checks against defined guidelines, to ensure ERP systems align with industry standards and security protocols Draft clear and concise documentation detailing steps followed for ERP package customization, to support user training for the team Your contribution to the team: An agile mindset with effective communication and problem‑solving skills. The ability to work on majority of the areas as part of ERP package implementation, with sector focus Passion for innovating solutions that drive progress and meet future challenges. A proactive approach to monitoring and resolving production issues Commitment to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and fostering team development Required Skill and Experience Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes Experience in SAP Material Management and Inventory Management Skills Strong in S4HANA SAP Material Management and Inventory Management, experience in configuring and customizing the processes of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Requirement Planning, Variant Configuration, Valuation, Inventory Management, IS Auto specific processes like JIT , S2L and Kanban, EWM Inbound, EWM Outbound, Internal Warehousing processes, RF scanner usage, PPF processing Should have done minimum 1 S4 HANA greenfield end to end Implementation Knowledge on WRICEF, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in MM and EWM MM Integration knowledge on sales, Finance, production, SCM(APO) modules. Knowledge on RF Scanning Devices. Experience/expertise of MM and EWM integration points with SD, PP, and FI/CO Preferred Skill and Experience SAP product certifications are a plus. Fluency in English. Travel to client warehouses for 4 weeks at a stretch to support Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead team in resolving complex issues in a fast pace and challenging environment. Analytical and Communication skills Experience with project management High Impact communication with senior stakeholders Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
