Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years current experience in an Acute Care Operating Room setting
• Proficient in scrubbing and circulating
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures in the OR
• Serve as scrub and circulating nurse, anticipating the needs of surgical teams
• Maintain strict infection control standards and verify surgical safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Monitor patient status, document interventions, and communicate updates to the care team and family members
