R&D Project Management Coordinator

Entry-level R&D Project Management Coordinator position at Catalent's Winchester, Kentucky oral solid dose manufacturing facility. Supports project coordination, documentation, and analytical activities across supply chain, finance, quality systems, or business development functions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sample shipments with Safety, Warehouse, and Project Managers
Assemble, track invoices, and manage billing with Project Managers
Review forecasting and scheduling against quotes
Support project closeouts and review key documentation
Prepare quotes, quote amendments, and coordinate R&D analytical activities

Requirements

High school diploma with 5+ years project coordination experience, or Associate degree with 3+ years, or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Working knowledge of ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project
Experience with Trackwise or similar quality management systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-department collaboration
Pharmaceutical contract manufacturing experience preferred
