R&C Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experiencedOffice Manager to lead the daily administrative operations of our Richmond County office in Rockingham, North Carolina. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations, exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience for both clients and staff.

The Office Manager serves as the administrative leader for the assigned office, supervising front office staff, overseeing intake and scheduling workflows, supporting compliance initiatives, and partnering with clinical and executive leadership to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily administrative operations of the assigned office.
• Supervise and support Intake Coordinators and Office Assistants.
• Oversee client intake, scheduling, referrals, and front office workflow.
• Promote exceptional customer service and a welcoming client experience.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, HIPAA, and CARF standards.
• Monitor administrative performance, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate office readiness, supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality client care.
• Support onboarding, training, and implementation of agency initiatives.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative or office management experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology-based administrative systems.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
