Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Account Executives, providing technical demonstrations and facilitating customer evaluations. Key facts Location: Madrid, Spain Engagement: Office-first (3 days per week in office) Team: Solutions Engineering What you'll do Collaborate closely with sales teams to conduct in-depth discovery sessions, personalized product demonstrations, and solution-oriented discussions tailored to client needs. Assist in the preparation of technical questionnaires and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring clarity and precision in communication. Create prototypes, automate processes, and design workflows utilizing OneTrust, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and various AI platforms to enhance operational efficiency. Work alongside senior team members to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Liaise with Product, Sales, and other internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline processes. Take charge of internal projects and actively contribute to team initiatives that extend beyond routine demonstration responsibilities. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on OneTrust's evolving technology and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve client interactions. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Requirements A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical, commercial, analytical, or customer-facing role is essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in fields such as Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to independently learn and adapt to new systems and technologies, showcasing a proactive approach to professional development. Experience in a corporate setting, gained through internships or full-time roles, is preferred. Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) models, data management, automation processes, or technical problem-solving is advantageous. Nice to have Knowledge of AI tools, APIs, technical integrations, or workflow automation techniques would be beneficial. Previous experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role is a plus. Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks can enhance your candidacy. Skills & tools Proficiency in the OneTrust platform is essential for this role. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for process automation and workflow management. Familiarity with Copilot Studio and other AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and client solutions. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate technical responses.
