Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Pharmacy Technician to support the timely fulfillment of patient medication orders. This onsite role plays a key part in ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and on time while supporting inventory management, dispensing operations, and patient safety initiatives.

Under the guidance of the Director of Operations (Central Fill) and the Team Lead, the Pharmacy Technician helps facilitate medication orders to encourage adherence to prescribed treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the fulfillment and dispensing of patient medication orders

• Support daily pharmacy operations to ensure medications are prepared accurately and efficiently

• Help manage inventory to maintain appropriate medication levels

• Promote patient safety and accuracy throughout the dispensing process

• Facilitate patient medication orders to support compliance with treatment plans

• Work collaboratively with pharmacy leadership and team members

• Adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and pharmacy best practices

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work onsite during scheduled business hours

• Dependable, organized, and capable of working under supervision in a structured environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
