Customer Service Representative

Transdev in Redwood City, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented person dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.

+ Respond to customer and client inquiries and concerns with timely, accurate information

+ Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

+ Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

+ Other duties as required, including dispatching

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

+ Fluent in English

+ Computer literate

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ Ability to operate standard telephone system.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

+ Work alone

+ Sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)

+ Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
