Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Vascular/Procedural unit requiring 3-5 years of experience and ARRT certification.

Details

• Work in the Interventional Vascular/Procedural unit
• High-volume caseload averaging 25-30 cases per day
• Procedures include Y-90 chemoembolizations, cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention, subarachnoid hemorrhage treatment, TIPS, G-tube placement, uterine fibroid embolization, all forms of vascular access, PTC, and renal and liver biopsies
• Uses GE Innova, Philips Allura, OEC 9900 C-Arm, and ultrasound equipment
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• ARRT certification and BLS required
• License required if applicable
• 3-5 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• Travel experience preferred

Additional Information

• Perform a wide range of vascular and interventional radiology procedures in a high-acuity hospital setting
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates within this radius are not eligible
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if requested on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
