Recruiter / HR Coordinator – Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) Location: On-site - Plantation, FL Help us build a winning team - from the inside out. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct initial screenings and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Manage job postings and applicant tracking system (ATS). Support pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding. HR Coordination What You'll Do Support bi-weekly payroll review and ensure accuracy. Prepare welcome packets and coordinate a warm, professional onboarding experience. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and HR meetings . Manage HRIS data entry and maintain accurate employee records. Oversee pre-employment and exit interview processes, capturing valuable feedback. Track training acknowledgments and assist with HR audits . Jump in on special projects and other HR initiatives as needed. What You Bring Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (preferred). 1+ year of experience in recruiting or HR (preferred). 2+ years in an administrative support role. 2 Year Degree Exceptional attention to detail and time management. A high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with HR systems.
