Make a meaningful impact by supporting a preschool student in a contract position as a paraprofessional. This onsite role, running from September 8, 2026, to June 18, 2027, requires someone who is attentive, compassionate, and eager to work closely with young learners needing extra support. Work alongside educators and contribute daily toward a positive, productive classroom experience.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working in schools or with preschool-aged children, especially those requiring behavioral support
• Comfortable providing personal care, including diaper changing
• For Teacher's Assistant roles: Valid New York Teacher's Assistant Certification required
• For Aide positions: Demonstrated experience in preschool or educational behavioral settings preferred
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach with children
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a preschool student, assisting with academic, behavioral, and personal care needs throughout the school day
• Collaborate with lead teachers and related service providers to implement classroom plans
• Help create an inclusive and nurturing environment that encourages learning and growth
• Assist in managing classroom routines and supporting participation in activities
• Maintain confidentiality and follow school protocols at all times
