Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology - Sidney, NE

Position Overview Full‑time position with a focus on work‑life balance. Requires 2‑3 years of general cardiology experience. Systemwide EPIC EMR utilization. We are unable to support visa candidates for this position. Qualifications – Physician Assistants Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Unrestricted PA license in Colorado. Physician Assistant Certification (PA‑C) from NCCPA, required for hire and ongoing. Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications. Eligible to provide services, reimbursable, and maintain Medicare/Medicaid provider status. Eligible to provide services without sanctions from HHS/OIG or GSA. Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges. Prescriptive authority as per medical staff privileging process. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Qualifications – Nurse Practitioners Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility; provider must apply for prescriptive authority at employment. Master’s degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Nurse Practitioner Certification from ANCC or AANPCB, required for hire and ongoing. Unrestricted NP license in the state of practice or compact privileges under the Nurse Licensure Compact. Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges. Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications. Eligible to provide services, reimbursable, and maintain Medicare/Medicaid provider status. Eligible to provide services without sanctions from HHS/OIG or GSA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Benefits Salary range: $115,000 – $150,765 annually, based on experience. Annual Quality Value Incentive Plan up to $10,000. Relocation bonus up to $10,000 if eligible. Paid malpractice insurance. Continuing medical education allowance up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually. 403(b) with employer matching; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
