Accounting Manager

We’re working with a well-established, multi-entity organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join its corporate finance team. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong technical accounting experience who enjoys researching complex issues, partnering cross-functionally, and improving close and reporting processes. Why This Role Stands Out High-visibility role partnering directly with executive finance leadership Exposure to complex, enterprise-wide accounting transactions Opportunity to lead implementation of new accounting standards Involvement in acquisitions, consolidations, and purchase accounting Ability to drive process improvements and streamline the monthly close Strong career growth path within a stable, multi-entity environment Key Responsibilities Research, design, and implement new accounting processes and policies Lead technical accounting analysis for complex transactions and business initiatives Support implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory updates Prepare and review technical accounting memos and documentation Partner with business units and subsidiaries on accounting matters and policy interpretation Oversee and enhance the monthly and annual close processes to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP Assist in coordinating the annual external audit and related deliverables Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance Review and update accounting policies based on evolving regulations and business needs Communicate accounting developments and impacts to finance leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA license or active CPA candidate 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or a technical accounting-focused role Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience researching and resolving complex accounting issues Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and contractual agreements Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Experience supporting multi-entity or consolidated financial environments Prior involvement with acquisitions or complex transactions #J-18808-Ljbffr
