You’ll work hands‑on in the field, building trusted relationships with customers and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance. How You’ll Make An Impact Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost‑effective solutions Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery Position Details This position will be based in Chandler, AZ The territory for this position covers a 20-mile radius Targeted accounts are within the GHT industries What’s Unique About This Role You’ll operate independently in a dynamic field environment, supported by a team that values your expertise You’ll work with cutting‑edge technologies and industry‑leading training to stay ahead You’ll help customers meet sustainability goals while protecting their critical assets Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments No immigration sponsorship available for this position Physical Requirements Of Position Working in confined spaces and extreme conditions (hot, cold, damp, dusty) Lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended period Ecolab is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with a disability. Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $67,800-$101,800. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
