**Job Description:**Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and results-driven **Sr. Sourcing Specialist** to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you will champion top-of-funnel candidate identification, engagement, and talent pipeline strategies across our fully integrated platform—spanning Construction, Real Estate Development, and Architecture & Engineering (A+E). As our dedicated sourcing partner, you will identify, engage, and nurture relationships with high-caliber passive talent for Construction, Real Estate Development, and Architecture & Engineering (A+E). Core searches include Field Operations (Superintendents, Field Coordinators, Safety Managers), Project Management (Project Managers, Project Executives, Estimators), and Design/Engineering professionals (Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Coordinators). Working in close partnership with Full-Cycle Recruiters and Construction/A+E Leadership, you will serve as Ryan’s brand ambassador in the market, converting passive industry talent into valued team members.**To be successful in this role you will have:**Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development* **Proactive Talent Identification:** Mine social media, professional networking platforms, trade associations, and talent databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google X-Ray, Handshake) to uncover top passive talent in commercial construction and design disciplines.* **Advanced Sourcing Methodologies:** Develop and execute sophisticated Boolean search strings, market-mapping techniques, and competitive talent intelligence to locate niche, hard-to-find technical and operational talent.* **Talent Communities & CRM Management:** Build, categorize, and actively nurture talent pools within our CRM and ATS (Workday) to support both active immediate hiring needs and strategic future project demands.* **Market Intelligence & Research:** Monitor industry hiring trends, competitor organizational structures, regional labor market conditions, and compensation benchmarks across our operating regions.Candidate Engagement & Outreach* **Personalized Outreach Campaigns:** Craft persuasive, compelling candidate outreach communications that articulate Ryan’s distinct company culture, integrated project delivery model, and value proposition.* **Initial Screening & Qualification:** Conduct initial discovery calls and phone screenings to assess candidate interest, technical background, career aspirations, and cultural alignment.* **Relationship Nurturing:** Establish warm relationships with prospective candidates early, maintaining regular touchpoints over months and years to ensure Ryan remains top-of-mind when they are ready to explore new opportunities.* **Candidate Experience:** Ensure every prospect receives an exceptional, transparent, and respectful experience representing Ryan Companies from the very first interaction.Stakeholder Collaboration & Workflow Integration* **Strategic Partnership with TA & Leadership:** Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruiters, and regional Construction/A+E Leaders to calibrate job profiles, review pipeline metrics, and adjust sourcing strategies in real time.* **Referral Generation:** Proactively engage internal construction teams, project sites, and design studios to source employee referrals and maximize organic talent networks.* **Handoff Coordination:** Coordinate seamless introductions and interview scheduling between qualified prospects, assigned recruiters, and hiring managers to sustain momentum throughout the recruitment lifecycle.* **Data Integrity & Reporting:** Maintain meticulous candidate tracking records in Workday/CRM, delivering regular updates on sourcing volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health.**To be successful in this role you will have:*** **Experience:** Minimum of 6+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.* **Industry Focus:** Proven experience identifying and engaging talent within Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture and Engineering (A+E).* **Technical Sourcing Capabilities:** Demonstrated mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, candidate relationship management systems (CRM), and enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday).* **Construction Knowledge:** Working understanding of commercial construction lifecycles, project delivery methods (Design-Build, CM at Risk, General Contracting), and key operational roles (Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Architect, MEP Engineer).* **Communication Skills:** Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with demonstrated success in crafting customized, high-conversion candidate outreach.* **Drive & Organization:** Self-starter mindset with strong organizational habits, capable of prioritizing multiple urgent searches across diverse geographic regions.* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.* Prior experience sourcing for large national general contractors, design-build firms, or multidisciplinary real estate development organizations.* Familiarity with campus/early-career pipeline initiatives and regional staffing recovery strategies.* Experience utilizing candidate outreach tools, automated campaign sequencers, or AI-assisted
