Position: Warehouse Associate - Outbound (B Shift)

Job Type Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Shift Available

B Shift - Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Job Description Snelling is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support the outbound shipping and order fulfillment operations of a well-established distribution company in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked accurately, packed properly, and prepared for shipment in a timely manner to support efficient daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pull customer orders accurately based on pick tickets or RF scanners
Pack and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
Verify order accuracy and quantities before shipment
Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas
Load outbound shipments onto trucks or pallets as needed
Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
Assist with inventory checks and report discrepancies when identified
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Experience with sitdown forklift, reach truck and cherry picker equipment

Requirements

Previous experience in order picking, packing, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
