Responsibilities Edit high quality Instagram Reels and TikTok videos Turn raw footage into engaging content that holds attention Write strong hooks, captions, headlines, and on screen text Add clean graphics, captions, music, sound effects, and visual elements Complete edits and revisions quickly without sacrificing quality Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with clients and team members Provide a high level of customer service throughout every project Listen closely to client feedback and apply revisions accurately Learn each client’s voice, audience, goals, and brand style Manage multiple client accounts while staying organized and dependable Take ownership of projects and solve problems before they become client issues You Are a Great Fit If You Are an exceptional short form video editor Have amazing writing and storytelling skills Can write bold, clear, and engaging social media copy Deliver an outstanding customer experience Communicate quickly and professionally Work fast and consistently meet deadlines Put the client first in every decision Take feedback well and apply it correctly Have strong attention to detail Are organized, dependable, proactive, and solutions focused Understand pacing, hooks, retention, and social media trends Want to grow with a fast moving creative agency Schedule Our team primarily works between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
