We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Clackamas, Oregon. This is a full-time position focused on data entry, order verification, and quality control.

The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable working with computers, and able to catch errors before orders are processed.

Schedule

Monday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

40 hours per week

$21 an hour to start with weekly pay

Job Duties

• Perform accurate data entry into company systems
• Enter and update customer and order information
• Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness
• Perform quality control (QC) checks on orders
• Verify order details and identify discrepancies or errors
• Confirm information before orders are processed
• Communicate with internal departments regarding order corrections
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
• Follow established procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy

Qualifications

• Previous office, clerical, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent accuracy and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn company software and systems
• Comfortable reviewing detailed information and identifying errors
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
