PSSs are often the first impression a patient has of Tap 360. Working in the front line of communications, you interact and build relationships with patients, insurance providers and medical professionals. As an integral Care Team member, Tap360 PSSs:* Greet patients and direct them through the registration process* Collect and process payments and copays* Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance and billing questions* Answer phone calls* Provide excellent customer service* Perform general administrative tasksWe welcome those who are just starting out in or recently returning to the workforce.
