This role offers a unique midweek-through-weekend schedule, supporting the home during peak family and entertaining hours. An ego-free, team-player attitude is essential. You'll work alongside an existing, cohesive housekeeping team and collaborate with other household staff in a calm, professional manner—working in tandem and without ego in this well-run home. While this is not a formal service setting, attention to detail and familiarity with high-end homes are key. Strong common sense and sound judgment are essential in this role—this means knowing how to move through a lived-in family environment with awareness, discretion, and the ability to read the room. The ideal candidate is proactive, steady, and quietly confident—someone who takes pride in creating order and maintaining a welcoming space.
