Additional information about LSI is available at are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our ADAPT team in Houston, TX.Akron, OH is where you'll find LSI's hub for the Digital Solutions, and Adapt Program Implementation businesses. These businesses provide turnkey product and service solutions to the Grocery, Quick Serve Restaurant, Retail Petroleum & Convenience Store and Pharmacy vertical markets.Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed period and funding parameters. The work activities will principally be digital signage implementations for multiple clients in a multi-state/nationwide area. The position requires directing and coordinating activities of other project managers and independent activities requiring self-motivation. The workloads will vary and require the individual to balance priorities in daily activities. Some travel is to be expected.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Represents LSI Industries in the most positive manner with prospective, former and current employees, clients, suppliers and the community we serveInteracts professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customersEstimates new projects by working with Purchasing, Design, and EngineeringCreates and maintains Quotes, Bill of Materials and Sales OrdersTracks projects through the manufacturing/fulfillment process in order to ensure timelines and adherence to specificationsMonitors inventory levels in assigned accounts to meet customer's expectationsPerforms field surveys of individual project sites to gather technical information for project proposals and implementation requirementsPrepares project proposals or plans to determine period, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various passes of projectMaintains client contacts and relationships for current projects and ongoing activityEstablishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnelConfers with project staff and sub-contractors to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityDirects and coordinates activities of project personnel and sub-contractors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budgetPrepares status reports of projects, communicates with clients, sub-contractors, other LSI business units and modifies schedules or plans as requiredPrepares project reports for management, client, or othersConfers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problemsCoordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies including permitting and compliance activitiesEnsures all billings are accurate for assigned projects and revenue and expenses are matched in like reporting periods and processed accordingly each monthSupports the sales processSupervisory Responsibilities:Coordinating activities of other project managers supporting the projectsDirecting third party contractorsEducation And/Or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B.
