Surge Resources, LLC is a construction company specializing in government-funded disaster relief programs, primarily CDBG-DR and FEMA-funded housing reconstruction and repair programs. We work on federally administered programs to rebuild homes in the wake of disasters, operating in a highly regulated environment where compliance, documentation, and accuracy are non-negotiable. We
are seeking an experienced construction professional to manage assignments received through our contract in the Western North Carolina area . This role goes beyond traditional site supervision. It combines hands on field management with detailed scope-of-work development, cost estimating, and coordination with
inspectors and program authorities. The ideal candidate has broad, working knowledge of residential construction from foundation to finish and is comfortable owning a project from initial site assessment to final punch-out.
This role will require extensive travel within the State of North Carolina, with the primary load of assignments being in and around Western North Carolina. 
Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct detailed on-site assessments of properties, including thorough room-by-room interior inspections and full exterior evaluations

* Take comprehensive site photos to document existing conditions and progress.

* Prepared detailed, itemized cost estimates and SOWs

* Coordinate and communicate with local building/code inspectors throughout the
project life cycle

* Manage permitting processes, including submittal, tracking, and closeout

* Oversee day-to-day site management during active construction, including
subcontractor coordination and schedule tracking

* Identify, manage, and close out punch-list items to ensure work meets quality and
program standards

* Serve as the local point of contact for assigned projects within the Georgia HRRP
contract

* Update project logs in internal and client-facing project management systems

* Coordinate with accounting department to review and approve subcontractor invoices and billing change orders

What we are offering:
• Base Salary : $95,000 per year
• Vehicle Allowance: $750 / month
• Paid holidays
