HVAC Service Technician

Our experienced HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. Our technicians serve as trusted advisors who provide outstanding service guiding our customers to make informed and confident buying decisions. Job Responsibilities Run on average 4-6 residential and light commercial service calls daily Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members and customers Participate in on-going training to support professional growth and skill development Other duties as assigned Pay and Benefits Pay: Potential earnings $70,000 - $150,000/annually plus commissions (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (weekly on call rotation) Weekly Paychecks Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Pet Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Employee Wellness Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discount Program Tool Buy Back Program Up to Two weeks of Paid Time Off yearly Paid Holidays 401(k) plan with a 4% company match Requirements 2+ years' experience in residential and commercial HVAC Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines. Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending. Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required. Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors. Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
