As we continue to build out our US Facultative business, we are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us on this ambitious journey of growth.****Primary Responsibilities:*** Supporting brokers across the team* Creating pre & post placement materials* Constructing reinsurance submission materials* Tracking reinsurer quotes, authorizations, and communication* Building client presentations within PowerPoint* Reviewing/editing documents such as large datasets within Excel, and reinsurance contracts* Quantifying the impact of various reinsurance structures on individual large losses and/or insurance company financials* Researching market trends* Candidates need to have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.**Qualifications:*** 1 to 3 years of experience in a reinsurance, underwriting or related position & environment* Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a business-related field* Interest in pursuing a career within Reinsurance* Proactive, creative and analytical thinker that works well independently and within a team* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Desire and interest to pursue an opportunity that is involving client related tasks* Ability to apply mathematical thinking in the business and insurance environment* Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word* Strong time management skills and project management skills* Detail oriented* Highly motivated and committed to continually developing your professional skillset* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.The expected annual salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000; actual salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location.
