BayCare Medical Group is a physician‑led medical group seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician for a Core Faculty position in our residency program in Winter Haven, Florida. In collaboration with the Florida State University College of Medicine, the primary mission is to provide a dynamic, professional learning environment grounded in lifelong learning, teaching, quality improvement, evidence‑based medicine, and scholarship.

Responsibilities

• Provide a dynamic learning environment for residents through regular clinic precepting and curriculum development.
• Perform and precept office procedures and participate in full‑spectrum outpatient family medicine, including prenatal care, pediatrics, and adult care.
• Play a significant role in curriculum building and resident career‑choice education.
• Engage in quality improvement and scholarship initiatives.
• Maintain excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong computer skills and proficiency with electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Board Certification or Eligibility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Experience in obstetrics strongly preferred.
• Experience of five years or more in clinical practice.
