Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med Surg patients.
• Monitor patient progress and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Manage patient rounds and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Document all patient interactions and care in the electronic medical record system (EPIC).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active New York State RN License.
• A minimum of 2 years of acute hospital nursing experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS preferred).
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system required.
