Acute Care Clinic Opportunity (Urgent Care)
.8 FTE, 4 days/week (Tues thru Fri), Wed on Mobile Van (only see adults)
Mental health and Substance Abuse Care exp required
Urgent Care/FM (Urgent care)/IM (Urgent care)
Includes some Chronic Pain Management
Chart closure within 72 hours
Schedule = 28 PPD in UC clinic, minimum see 17 PPD on Mobile Van
Tuesday - Friday 8-5
A mix of peds/adults (Will consider IM only)
A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
