Touchmark is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing professional to help prospective residents and their families discover a community where they can live well, stay connected, and thrive. At Touchmark, our sales team members are called Retirement Counselors because this role is about more than making a sale. You will guide individuals and families through an important life decision with care, confidence, and professionalism. You will build relationships with prospective residents, conduct community tours, host visits and events, follow up with leads, and help people envision what life at Touchmark can look like. Compensation includes a base salary, sales commissions, quarterly occupancy bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs and schedules potential new residents. This will require working some evenings and weekends. Serve as a member of the marketing team with the purpose to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations.
