Depending on what day of the month you start, the guarantee will last between 60 and 90 days. What We're Looking For: We're looking for motivated individuals who possess the following: Automotive Sales experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate! Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills-you're great at connecting with people. A customer-first attitude, always looking to provide the best experience possible. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn about the latest Kia models. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
